Unfortunately, for safety reasons and the nature of the medication dispensed, all sales for cannabis products are final.

However, for any product or accessory with a defect or issue, simply report the problem along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we may offer a replacement on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.
