We may additionally collect your government-issued ID information, such as a driver's license or passport, where required by law.

For medical cannabis patients, we collect additional information required by law and necessary for consultation services, including:

 

  • Medical cannabis registry information and patient ID numbers

  • Qualifying medical condition information (as disclosed by you)

  • Healthcare provider information and recommendation details

  • Consultation notes and product recommendation records

  • Medical cannabis purchase history and usage patterns

 

During consultations with our state-certified cannabis consultants, we may collect information about your symptoms, treatment goals, product preferences, and effectiveness feedback. This information is used solely to provide personalized product recommendations and improve our consultation services.

How do you collect information?

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. When we launch operations, order reservations will be processed through this website. Your personal information, order details, and purchase history will be shared with these platforms according to their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or data security of third-party platforms.

In-store transactions are processed through our point-of-sale system and payment processors. Transaction data and payment information are shared with these service providers as necessary for payment processing and business operations. Minnesota law requires all cannabis businesses to report transaction data to state authorities. Your purchase information, including products purchased, quantities, dates, and personal identifiers, will be shared with:

 

  • Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management for regulatory oversight

  • METRC state tracking system for seed-to-sale compliance monitoring

  • Other state agencies as required by law

We maintain records of Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all products sold, which may include batch numbers linked to your purchases for quality assurance and regulatory compliance purposes.

For medical cannabis patients, we maintain Business Associate Agreements with service providers that handle protected health information, ensuring they maintain appropriate privacy and security safeguards.

We leverage enhanced security measures, including CCTV cameras at our physical locations, to ensure the safety of our team members and customers, and to comply with local cannabis regulations.

Special Provisions for Medical Cannabis Patients



Protected Health Information: Information we collect from medical cannabis patients may include protected health information such as medical conditions, treatment history, consultation records, and healthcare provider information. This information is subject to additional privacy protections under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Minnesota privacy laws.

Consultation Records: We may retain records of medical cannabis consultations for quality assurance, service improvement, and regulatory compliance. Consultation records are confidential and will not be disclosed without your authorization except as permitted or required by law.

Medical Patient Rights: Medical cannabis patients have additional rights regarding their protected health information, including the right to access their records, request amendments, and receive an accounting of disclosures.
